Our youngest was so sick like that toward late fall last year and it went on for 36 hours and I also was helping him hold his head and then watching him fall back to sleep instantly. It's a great time to speak to little ones about miracles then when they are feeling better. Have a great day! Wonder if you guys have snow? We have pretty sun shine...just so cold again!Marie Storkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17328403891433977177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8436491287902349873.post-4150960987968767652009-03-02T10:12:00.000-05:002009-03-02T10:12:00.000-05:00Poor baby! We would lay on the couch and she would bring us drinks and cold wash clothes and so on. The one thing that always (even up into my adult years) made me feel better, even when I just knew I was dying, was my mom saying "I wish I could make you feel better sugar". Just her saying it was enough to help.

I too forget just how much God loves us and I treasure those little flashes of the "more" that we don't understand.

Hope your little sweetie feels all better fast.seesawfaithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15628579292591370761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8436491287902349873.post-87415211673475396202009-03-02T00:54:00.000-05:002009-03-02T00:54:00.000-05:00One of my memories, even into adulthood is of my g...One of my memories, even into adulthood is of my grandma holding my head when I puked. Seriously. Sounds weird, and I often told her to get away--embarrassed by the stink or whatever, but she never did. Her tenderness and understanding that one's head gets really heavy when doing all that touches me to this day.

I hope your little one feels better soon, and I'm very glad that your fam got some r and r.Gretchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02576409086020993015noreply@blogger.com
